we can pay the fees through online payment or by cash, At seva kendras By cash only and at other collection centers at District cell : By DD ( Demand draft ) drawn in favor of " PAO-MEA" payable at the city where the RPO is located. At Speed Post centers By Cash or by Demand draft. At citizens service centers : By cash or credit card or debit card as applicable.
